Our company was founded on what companies said they needed but were not getting from the staffing and recruiting industry. We are always learning so we can help our clients cut through the noise of recruiting on the Internet. Putting time back into your day and getting you out of the red and back into the black. Based in Kansas City, we support hiring companies across the country.

In 1994, I switched from radio to recruiting and experienced how the Internet changed talent acquisition. At first, we were excited to connect with job seekers through job boards. It expanded the reach of recruiters. But as both hiring companies and job seekers turned to job boards, it got messy and overwhelming. What was supposed to reduce the friction in the hiring process did the opposite.

At NLP, we are dedicated to reducing this friction. NLP was formed to bring people who want to tackle this challenge and turn online recruiting into something that fulfills the Internet's promise of accelerating the application process.

Today, our work builds on the Recruitment Marketing concept. We believe that employers and applicants are better served when job descriptions are replaced with a well-crafted job advert, not simply to over-promote and over-sell the job. But to truly connect the person to the role of the company.

Writing job ads is not enough. We've gone deep into the job boards to understand the tools available. We've learned how to scan the marketplace. And we've created ways to use the Internet to find people and connect them to opportunities they otherwise wouldn't know about.

What has emerged are NLP Campaigns. This team has a passion for sharing our innovation with the industry. We believe this is an exciting time to be a part of the talent acquisition industry as it is going through significant change.
