My transition from a career in radio to talent acquisition in 1994 coincided with the internet revolutionizing how companies find talent. Witnessing the complexities online job boards introduced to hiring, I founded Next Level Performers (NLP) with a mission: to reduce the friction in the hiring process so you find the right people faster and provide a better experience for job seekers and hiring companies. At NLP, we transformed traditional recruitment by embracing Recruitment Marketing—a strategy that replaces generic job descriptions with emotionally compelling, search-optimized advertisements that resonate with candidates. Combining human insight with AI-driven strategies.
