Then I brought that to staffing, growing an Express Employment Professionals franchise from $1 million to $10 million between 1994 and 1998, employing 600+ people daily across Central Missouri.
I exited temp staffing in 2002 because I saw the industry's Blockbuster moment coming. That is when I started Recruitment Marketing Campaigns, a direct Hire solution.
Today I work with staffing firms and HR teams that want to evolve from Blockbuster to Netflix through practical AI adoption and new business models.
